How ordering works
-
01
You order
No payment yet. Tell us where it’s going.
-
02
We confirm in 1 working day
That the machine is still there, plus photos, video and your price delivered: shipping, duty and transport to your site.
-
03
Inspection report first
An independent inspector checks the machine in China and sends photos and video. Walk away if it isn’t right.
-
04
We buy and ship it
Our freight partner handles the sea freight, clearance and delivery inland.
How you pay
- Nothing for the quote. One delivered price, valid 7 days.
- Inspection first: an independent report with photos and video. You pay the inspector’s fee; it comes off the price if you buy. If the report shows a problem, walk away.
- 30% deposit after you’ve seen the report. Refunded in full if the seller can’t deliver.
- 70% balance when it’s loaded on the ship, against a copy of the bill of lading.
We never take payment into a personal account.
